American Rock Singer randy rogon Signs to Management

with Eggman Global Artists

randy rogon is an American rock singer hailing from the fertile Las Vegas music scene, which has spawned in recent years such notable groups as The Killers, Panic at the Disco, Five Finger Death Punch, Adelita’s Way, Otherwise, and Imagine Dragons.

Released in October 2013, rogon’s debut single, “The Credits Roll,” was mixed & engineered by Grammy Award-Winning Producer/Engineer Mark Needham, known for his artist-breaking work with The Killers, Sick Puppies, Neon Trees and Imagine Dragons.  Already “The Credits Roll” is receiving substantial industry buzz.

rogon’s related promotional efforts have also created a stir. His debut music video for “The Credits Roll” was shot using RED Cameras by producer-director Brandon Christensen, features beautiful actress/model Brittani Jenee,’ and will be presented for consideration for multiple awards.  High impact photographer Fred Morledge has been engaged to capture his brand and image.

rogon has opened for many national acts, and was featured on “The Rocking Comedy Show.” His single and upcoming debut record will be released on Los Angeles-based World Movement Records, which distributes through LRT/INgrooves Fontana/Universal Music Group.

American rock singer randy rogon (pronounced “row-gone”) has signed to management with Eggman Global Artists (EGA), founded by indie music guru Steve Eggleston, aka The Eggman.  EGA will work closely with World Movement Records/UMG to chart rogon’s debut single, “The Credits Roll,” complete his first LP, saturate the Triple A radio rock market, secure a major label deal, and book his supporting 2014-15 U.S. tour.

“I’m very excited to sign randy,” says Eggman Global’s Eggleston.  “He’s a top-notch artist of the highest caliber who will make a very distinctive mark.  7x Grammy-winning producer Steve Thompson has already expressed interest in completing randy’s record, which if we can pull it off will be an absolute career-changer.  Steve has 150+ diamond, platinum and gold records under his belt, and there’s no doubt in my mind that he’ll launch randy’s debut into the stratosphere.”

“I’m always excited to work with a strong team that can support and present my music at its highest level,” says rogon. “With ‘greats’ like Steve Eggleston and Lamont Patterson of World Movement Records at the helm, I have no doubt this quest will be a successful one …. Cheers!”

randy rogon is an American rock singer-songwriter, guitar player and drummer who has earned his chops working both the country and rock markets. His early influences were diverse, but gravitated towards bands like The Foo Fighters, Kid Rock, and Bush. The inspiration for his debut single “The Credits Roll” is the incredible feeling of love lost that could only be recreated by a magical drug. He has opened for numerous major artists and in mid 2013 was picked up by World Movement Records/ LRT/INgrooves Fontana/Universal Music Group. Most recently he signed with music guru Steve Eggleston of Eggman Global Artists for management.

“Moving the world with our music” is the WORLD MOVEMENT RECORDS’s motto. Lamont Patterson, the CEO and label founder, grew up playing music. After high school, his cousin Bobby Sanders, manager of Little Anthony, The Imperials and The Young Hearts, included him in their rehearsals. In college Lamont sang and wrote with touring group New Birth, opening for the O’Jays, Blue Magic, The Four Tops and other Motown greats. His first group was The Elements of Peace, an R & B group, in which he sang lead and played tenor saxophone produced by Aaron Neville. This opened the doors for him to work with Grammy-winners Aaron Neville, Quincy Jones, Marvin Gaye, Ike and Tina Turner, Bill Summers, Big Boy, and Side Effect, in collaborative projects. In 1990, he launched WORLD MOVEMENT RECORDS, which released Platinum Records for Ghetto Hippie and Bobby Caldwell,  and a Gold Album for Jeffery Osborne (Prince, Morris Day, and Warner Bros), amongst others. As the industry changed, so did Lamont, who moved WMR into the digital age, supporting artists from music distribution to merchandizing and publishing, to TV and film roles. In 2013, WMRs signed rock singer  randy rogon, releasing his critically-acclaimed debut single “The Credits Roll,” and 15-year old Drew Raber, whose single “Questions” hit the Billboard pop chart in December 2012.
